Masses of chocolate malt creates a full-bodied, palate-coating beer that is rich and smooth. Notes of chocolate, tobacco and espresso, it’s smoky, toasty and tasty!

Dark appearance, full bodied chocolate porter. Pronounced smokiness. On tap at Sweetman brewpub in Dublin. Two versions available: from keg with push gas and unpressurized with very low carbonation. Latter one has easier detectable gentle aromas.

Der Geruch ist hervorragend, röstig, kräftig, mit Kaffee und Schokolade. Im Geschmack findet man das auch wieder, allerdings leider etwas wässrig. Zimt im Nachgeschmack.

Pitch black, slick pour with a creamy tan head. Chocolate, espresso, slight, mint, wood, spice, tobacco. Medium bodied, creamy mouthfeel with a lovely balance of sweet and bitter. Very nice indeed.

Tap at the brewpub, basically a chocolate Porter. Touch of milk texture, hints of smoke and coffee, more choc, very very quaffable.

On tap. Smooth in the beginning. Full-bodied, chocolate. Smooth. Roasted and easy to drink. The aftertaste is long, roasted, milk-chocolate. Slightly bitter. A nice Porter. 14/12/13/14

Keg@sweetman
dark brown with ruby highlights and tan head. Too cold so little on the nose but starts to give up chocolate and red berries as it warms. Full bodied with modertate carbonation. Creamy chocolate, dry toast and red berries. Perhaps a bit thinner than some but plenty of flavour.
