Bottled, thanks fiulijn! Cloudy mahogany colour, rich firm head. Vinous nose with some dust. Sweetish with medium body. Soft and mildly woody, fruity and lightly yeasty. Rather sweet and almost without bitterness. Likable and fairly easy going.

Al naso non si sente molto forse un pochino di frutta matura rossa in bocca troppo acquosa e poco lunga

A clear reddish brown ale with a thick off white head. Aroma of sweet caramel malt, light rye and some chick pea. In mouth, a rather subdued but sweet malt, fruity, nutty, with light sharp hops, and almost no alcohol. In terms of taste, I would liken this one to a very malted brown ale, but lacks some of the body of a dubbel. Well done. Bieropholie import.

Bottled. ahazy amber beer with an off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of pumpernickle bread and caramel as well as light notes of alcohol. The flavor is sweet mlaty with primary notes of caramel, but also a light note of spices. Thanks Alex (fiulijn).

Bottled 0,50L. Hazy brown color, rather dark and with light fizzy aspect. Adherent head of good resistance. Rather complex alcoholic scent with aromas of liqueur and stum. Round, soft taste with rumors of braced malt and cognac. A lot balanced with fine bitter content on the end.

Near perfect retention of a khaki head that looks like cappucino foam with cinnamon and cocoa sprinkled on top(sedimentary deposits). The body is caramel brown/dark chestnut/blood red underlying, beautiful. Caramel malt leads in a surprising nose that’s loaded with notes of starfruit, grapeskins, mellow yeast, varied nuts aplenty, light spicing reminiscent of cinnamon and cardamom, moderate lactic acids and low to no alcohol presence. The nose is very sumptuous and appetizing with good depth and no obnoxious flaws. The lactic qualities I could do without, but they’re interesting. Much more earthiness upon first sip creates a really earthy flavor and lends to stark balance and good quaffability. Lactic acidity is abundant and derived sourness is moderate, yeast is prevalent. Sweetness is mild to medium and fits just right. Ancient but not stale malt character is a touch musty at the conclusion of each sip. Bitterness is very low. The mouthfeel is super-creamy, carbonation is medium-high, the body is medium and thin at times. The finish is nutty and chewy, caramel and light spice lingering, lightly acidic and moderately sweet. Lactic notes and must are too heavy, otherwise this is a noteworthy attempt at a tough style, a creation I’d love to have again. Stylish and well-executed.

Courtesy boboski. Hazy dark brown/ruby/amber with a 1.5cm dense, creamy, frothy, light tan head. Aroma of toasty and bready malt, lactic sourness, airy and lightly zesty, dried figs or dates, subtle cocoa. Flavor adds dried berries, cookie malt, and a light dose of sweetness. Finish is a little tart, little sweet, and a little yeasty. Medium body, smooth, easy to drink. Solid dubbel.

Pours a murky brown color with floaties and a thin beige head. Aroma of yeast and figs. The flavor is good with its plump figs, spices and yeast. The body is medium with a creamy texture and lively carbonation.
