UPDATED: JAN 22, 2024 Bottle: Poured a pale yellow color gruit with a small white foamy head with light retention and light lacing. Aroma of light tart notes with some herbal notes and faint vinous/gin barrel notes. Taste is also a mix of tart/acidic notes, light funky yeast notes with some faint wine barrel and gin barrel notes. Body is about average with medium carbonation. Interesting mix of flavors but a little more acidic than I was hoping for.

UPDATED: JUL 2, 2023 Mostly clear gold with a small white head. Aroma is lemon, vinegar, juniper, cardamom, bubblegum, barnyard, hay, honey, and fruity. Taste is light sweet, light bitter, and light/medium sour.

UPDATED: JAN 30, 2019 750 ML bottle hazy orange, white head that falls to a thick, thin collar. Good spotty lacing. Nose is herbal, earthy, soft stonefruit and gin. taste is very earthy and herbal. Some Oak and gin. Some stonefruit. Wicked beer. Fun to drink

UPDATED: JAN 26, 2019 Brewery said this was gruit. Interesting with earthy and herbal notes. Grain centric with a low hop profile. Enjoyed it.

750ml bottle pours an orange color without any head. Mild apricot flavor. A lot of flavors that balance the gin barrel well.

Hazy golden orange. Very aromatic funky saison/sour blend. Herbal with nice gin botanicals standing out. Funky, tart white wine and oak, yeasty. Lemony citrus flavor and pucker, light spice. A touch gassy but otherwise superb.
