Commercial Description:
The beer is light in body and mild on hopping, but is not wimpy in taste. The yeast we leave in adds a delicate floral and citrus flavor and enhances the beer's mouthfeel.

I just drank one and my mouth feels like it has pop rocks in it. This is crazy,I rate it about an 89 octane, good enough for Acuras, Chevys, and Mazdas, but not up to par with the Porsches, BMWs, or Ferraris of beers

[Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival] Cloudy pale yellow. Vanilla and vegetables in the nose. Medium sweet with clean, rounded mouthfeel. No bitterness. Passes by without catching much attention, but works as a thirst quencher.

tap at fox and hound, littleton, colorado-pours a light golden yellow hue with lots of yeast cloudyness. aroma is light and mostly of grainy esters. flavors are mostly thin wheat flavors and a touch of citrus hops come in the finish. thin body and over-carbonation hurt this one.

Little banana on the nose, but generally a fairly neutral clean aroma. Clean mild palate, straddles the line between sweet and dry quite nicely. Lacks flavour, so it’s definately an American wheat. Palate cleans off really quickly. No real complaints, this is just a good example of a boring style.

Easy street, but not much flavor in this prairie dog brew. Why are all the good mass local breweries here represented by Fort Collins, and not Boulder, the rival college town? A random question.

This is a fairly standard wheat beer. It has a very hazy color and a wheat aroma. I look across town to New Belgium Brewery for their wheat beer over this one. Been a long time since I have been to Colorado but Ft. Collins has some great brewing going on.

Bottled. Hazy orange colour, small white head. Aroma is dishwater. Flavour of wheat and very much citrus fruits. Pleasant wheat and caramel in finish & aftertaste. Refreshing, but nothing very special.

Robe blonde claire surmontée d’une mousse blanche mince. Arômes de fruits rancis et de caramel. Saveurs de blé, de malt caramel, de levures et de houblon citronné.
