Draught at "Xander Beer" - Brescia . Golden clear and limpid yellow color. Very foamy and resistant head duration, good bubbly aspcet. Fresh malt nose with notes of grains and an herbaceus final. Good prickly body, medium alcoholic perception, valid overall balance.

(bottle) pours a clear yellow colour with a frothy white head. aroma of floral hops, powdered sugar, light peaches, yeast and bread dough. flavour is mostly peaches, with a hint of floral hops and notes of yeast, cardboard and corn. light-bodied with average carbonation.

#1298 Dieses Pils scheint in der Rezeptur wohl schwankend zu sein, denn mein Edel Pils war sehr bitter und grobschlächtig; überhaupt nicht "Edel" oder gar feinherb.

Bottle, thanks Quack-duck. Nice flowery hop aroma, Golden, lacing white head, a few floaties. Flowery hops on straw malt. Minerals, unfortunastely I get a little bit of metallic cabbage as well. Dry sparkly body, pleasant perfumed exit. A schame about the DMS, I hope I just have a odd bottle, otherwise a great aromatic pils.

Pours a light gold with a fast disappearing head. Lots of carbonation. This was way better than I expected it to be.

Bottle from Quack-Duck, vielen Dank! Yellow with a fluffy head of medium duration. Some straw maltiness in the aroma but above all this beer is full of the lovely, classic aroma of Tettnanger hops, combining grassy and herbal elements. There is also a faint soapiness but it doesn’t manage to blur the picture. Quite high carbonation, light body, bitter, hoppy, aromatic taste. Fast, refreshing, hoppy German pils suitable for the summer time but very enjoyable even during winter. Very good!

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild, modest dry, more spicy. Modest sweet. Finish with some soft-grasy notes, but still well balanced. Quite drinkable. Nice!

Sorry for the german rating, but this is a lousy rating from my "newbie" time (2007-2009), and it’s not worth of being translated. I just added it for the statistics, and to complete my backlog!
Ins Glas ergießt sich ein schön goldgelbes Pils mit mittelfeiner, schnell verschwindender Krone. Der Geruch ist hopfig herb, relativ schwach. Der Antrunk erfolgt angenehm hopfig herb, anfangs recht mild, dann zur Mitte wird die Herbe noch etwas intensiver. Das Finish wird dann etwas süßer. Gut abgestimmtes Pils!
