Commercial Description:
The driest and most delicate of our lagers. Stoudt’s Pils is characteristic of the traditional European Pilseners. Straw-yellow and assertively hopped with Saaz hops, this frequent medal winner has a refreshing bitterness and refined hop aroma.

12oz bottle. Pours a straw golden color with a thick foamy head that leaves some lacing. A weaker aroma of citrus and grassy wheat. Taste has a grassy malty start that is not overpowering with an abrupt hops bite at the finish. A crisp, dry and light bodied session beer.

Aroma is very grassy with a slight bit of herbs, and a sharp not of malt. pours staw yellow with head that remains on top of the brew through drinking. quite an enjoyable dry malty flavor with a solid bitterness. very good clean pils. light-medium body. very good.

TAP. A very soft, delicate, south german/bavarian pilsener. Smallish but resilient head. Nose is a bit muted. Taste is pleasant but not assertive in any way. Very drinkable but not overly memorable other than for the soft palate.

Bottle. Pours a straw color with a lingering white head. Aroma is crisp, with grain, hops, and slight malt detectable. Taste is largely grain and hops, with a clean aftertaste. It’s very solid, nothing more, nothing less.
