Courtesy of Philippe (Bov); bb 01.01.2014 Dark brown color, almost black, with compact head. Aroma of roasted malt and resiny hops, some citrusy fruits too, orange peel, apricot jam; traces of yeast. Dry mouthfeel, smooth; roasted malt flavor, good, not too ashy, probably it has a light residual sweetness; correct bitterness; in the end, it has an impression of roasted nuts; all over, there is a good presence of resiny hops. Very good.
courtesy of Beat Ming - very dark brown beer under a solid creamy beige foam; aroma of licorice and toasted malts; black chocolate; full-bodied, soem sweetness and a solid bitterness; pretty dry and long hoppy finish with licorice and black cherries - very good
