UPDATED: DEC 24, 2022 Die Nase kann beim Bayerisch Nizza nur die Aromahopfen Citra, Chinook und Centennial in Form von Grapefruit Litschi, Ananas und weitere tropische Früchte. Die Farbe ist gelborange und trüb. Die Schaumkrone ist feinporig, üppig und stabil. Beim Antrunk Beim Antrunk ist der Unterschied zum Pale Ale schwer erkennbar. Mit viel Konzentration kann der Weizenanteil im Malz erkannt werden und auch die Banane ist mit viel Mühe erkennbar. Der offensichtliche Unterschied ist aber das insgesamt weichere Geschmackserlebnis. Die Dominanz der tropischen Früchte lässt diese Fakten aber in den Hintergrund treten. Beim Abgang Pale Ale Bitterkeit, die durch den eingesetzten Weizen sanfter ist. Für mich ist der Unterschied nicht stark genug herausgearbeitet, um ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal darzustellen. 09-2019

UPDATED: JUL 23, 2022 330 ml bottle. Hazy orange with a fluffy head. Stone fruit, grapefruit, clove, banana, smoked ham, pine, some woodruff, lemon. Mild dry fruity sourness and little sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry mild sour fruity finish. Nice.

UPDATED: MAR 28, 2020 Home. 33 cl bottle. This beer 5% ABV. BB 26.06.2020. A good white foam layer on a cloudy yellow beer. Aroma is light malty, fruity (tropical and some melon), some light cloves, a little biscuit. Taste is somewhat malty, light sweet. In the background a small fresh sourness (okay). In aftertaste some hop bitters. Fruity and Floral.

UPDATED: JUL 18, 2019 Bottle. Hazy pale orange with off-white head. Aroma is tropical, flowery, mango, passion fruit, citrus. Taste is mildly sweet, then dry, bitter finish. Wheaty esthers. Mild alcoholic finish. Lively carbonation.
