Aroma: toast, citrus, herbs, strong nose of passion fruit ; Appearance: golden, hazy, white foam ; Taste: no sweetness, medium bitterness ; Palate:medium body, slick feel, average carbonation, not long finish. Overall a good beer but not intense enough.

Bottle from La Cave a Bulles, Paris. Pours hazy golden with a nice frothy head. Aromas of citrus, grass and herbs. Flavours of citrus, herbs, grass and soap. Dry texture, bitter finish. I like the sourness.

courtesy of Pascal Sauser - cloudy dark blond beer with a fair and long lasting creamy foam; some spicy hops in the front yet soon dominated by exotic fruity notes; moderate malt body; tasty and with a resiney bitterness and long spicy and fruity hops in the aftertaste - charming

Pours a clear golden amber color with white head. Average head retention but great lacing. Average carbonation. Nose is fruity, floral. Taste with a nice fruity and floral hops and a nice bitter finish character. Nice stuff ... 33cl bottle from the brewery.

Misty brown body and stable thick head. Very nice fresh citrus fruit aroma, juicy, biscuit malts. Great hop presence, very fresh. Strong bitterness, active and lingering carbonation, very nice mouth feel. High quality stuff, perhaps not super complex and the carbonation might scare people. But I really like it. Another French brewer who easily makes my Top New list. Highly recommended! (33cl bottle from La Cave à Bulles)
