12oz bottle: poured golden yellow with a thick fluffy white head. Yeasty aroma with some fruit esters. Lightly spicy. Flavor is yeasty with some fruit, a little lemon and a hint of banana. Very quick, short finish that is a bit dry. Light tartness in the finish. Good beer but I wish the flavor would linger a little.

Cloudy brilliant orange pour with a decent size white head. Aroma of barnyard, bubblegum, light and red fruit, slight spice. Nice tingling carbonation on the front palate with an intense burst of sweetness that slowly diminishes to a clean, dry finish. A nice belgian style ale overall.

12 oz bottle. cloudy copper pour with a medium off-white head that has good retention. The aroma is distinct with wheat, rock candy and Belgian yeasts. The taste is more of the same with the yeast dominating and the sweet spiced wheat filling in the sides. The palate is full and malty. The finish is long and dry. Overall: All right brew, but it really didn’t grab me.

355ml screw top bottle bought at Vinmonopolet, Langnes. Frothy, diminishing, beige head. First pour reveals a clear, golden brown body. Slightly hazy content after the second pour. Malts and herbal fruits to the nose. Yeasty fruitiness in flavour mixed with spices, candy sweetness and apricots. Masked alcohol. Easy to drink. Half-way pleasing (Tromsø, 13.03.2010).

Bottled, 2009. Pours slightly hazy, pale amber with a large, foamy off-white head. Fair lacings. Friuty nose with light malt and notes of yeast. Sweet flavour with caramel malt, spices and fruit. Medium bodied. More dry finish. Nice.

Amber golden with decent head. Full nectar with good carbonation. This reminds me of Pitaat in a way yet finishing with some spicy sweetness. I would’ve thought this was the real deal. An excellent American specimen.

Bottle pours dark copper with a healthy sized off white head. Aroma is big spicy yeast, with banana bread, and juicy fruit undertones. Flavor shows the same with caramel, orange, peach, apricot, lemongrass, and a little brett funk. Overall body is moderate, creamy and finishes dry with a slight bit of warming alc. I’m curious to see how this one is drinking sometime down the road.

Very nice flavor, slightly musty, a hint of sourness, sweet, banana, candy, pours dark copper with a nice thin white head that is gone almost immediately. Faint candy smell. Nice long aftertaste.
