ctipping (4084) - Florida, USA - NOV 19, 2015750 mL bottle. Originally reviewed 2/24/2014.
Hazy yellow orange body. Diminishes to nothing.
Aroma is less winey than the Saison de Ble. Wine barrel. Oak. Not overtly bretty. Lemony and oaky.
The taste is sharp lemon tartness up front. Grainy wheat. Oaky and a little bit of wine. Lingering tartness.
Medium low carbonation. Pleasantly tart.
Very similar to the Saison de Ble. This is less wine-forward, though.
