Pours clear dark brown color with large creamy light brown head and soft visible carbonation. Taste starts medium sweet and rich roasted malty with nutty and faint coffeeish note, following is herbal with mild coriander and mild yeast, mouthfeel is mild spicy, while finish is pretty bitter. Medium to full body, creamy texture and average carbonation in palate. Very interesting and unexpectedly hoppy…

UPDATED: JUN 21, 2021 Flaske: Mørkebrun øl med fint skumhoved. Duften er sødlig karamel med en anelse tørv, molasse. Smagen er meget sød. Dessert med noget karamel og let chokolade. Fantastisk dejligt bid giver øllen balance og gør det til en fornøjelse. God øl.

UPDATED: MAR 12, 2020 Dark brown, almost black, with a frothy head. Smell of roasted malts with a strong bready cocoa note. Sweeter taste than expected. Taste of sweet creamy coffee with a hint of chocolate.

UPDATED: MAR 6, 2020 Robe rouge très sombre, limpide à la lumière. Mousse correcte, ivoire, compacte et tenace (1cm). Nez riche de malt, pain grillé, pointe d'olive aux herbes. Attaque ronde, corpulente, le malt domine clairement, avec du caramel et des épices. Belle longueur en bouche et très légère amertume grillée en finale. Sympa et assez subtil.
