Commercial Description:
Brewed with the finest organic malts and hops, our IPA features a bright-minted copper color and a crisp, yet smooth hop bitterness. Pale and crystal malts come through with a malty caramel sweetness, balanced with aggressively clean burst of fresh hop flavor in the middle palate without lingering bitter astringency. A strong floral and citrus character from generous dryhopping blends with strawberry esters from our house yeast strain for an inviting and satiating aroma.

Pours a copper/brass color with some cloudiness. Moderate off-white head which leaves light lacing. Nose of yeasts with a slight grassyness. Complex taste with notes of fruit, especially strawberry/blackberry, wood, malt, and hop. Finish is very hoppy and tastily bitter as is typical of a good IPA.

This beer was pretty much a let down on all fronts.. but i somewhat suspected this with the organic moniker attached. pale yellowish with some foam... no noticeable nose. Flavor is odd estery and bitter astringency... not a fan.

Jon’s bottle. Golden yellow with a white head. A good bitterness, though no aroma. The hops do not really get there, the weakness of organics. As if watered down taste, yet drinkability is fine, mouthfeel is median. A bit below average for the style.

While poring this beauty I knew upon sight I was in for a treat. Deep amber color with tinted, well formed head. Hit me first with a sweet note, then with a nutty, bitter hop taste that lingers long. Fine fizz.....that’s right you heard me....fine fizz. $8.99/sixer @ Publix Greenwise Market, Boca Raton

Bottle. Poured clear copper color with a large frothy off-white head that lasted with good lacing. Moderate to heavy sour citrus hop and earthy malt aroma. Medium body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Moderate bitter flavor with a moderate bittersweet finish of medium duration. Very good brew.

Pours amber into a shaker. Off-white milk shake head with medium retention recedes to mottle surface leaving slight spiders. Sour resin aromas. Crisp and fruity citrus upfront turning to a lasting sour resin and alcohol burn.

Draft. A nice IPA with a warm, light orange hue and a pure white head. Nose is light, floral and citrus. Flavor is also light on the bitterness but still pleasant. Crisp, mildly hoppy finish.

Pours a clear copper with a good layer of white frothy head. Aroma is very light, just op notes with hay. Flavor is rather sugary with a mix of hops and strange banana notes. Body is creamy with medium carbonation.
