COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Stalins Organ is Steam Beer (or California Common if you must). The Carlsbergensis yeast has fermented at 22 Celcius to squeeze a bit more fruityness out of the yeast.
Since it is a steam beer we added 5% smoked pilsner malt to the mash giving the beer a slight touch of smoke. The smoke gives some fatness that blends perfectly with the yeast and helps balancing the powerful tomahawk, simcoe and tettnanger hops.
All in All a well-hopped session steam beer with a touch of smoke.

Bottled. Overall a blend of a sourness, hopiness and a mild malt backbone. Aroma of fruits, pears, grapefruit, some citrus. Color hazy golden with a thick one inch stable head thats keeps a good long lacing. Taste is a bit sour due to the hopiness, bitter fruits, bitter hops finish. Very refreshing. A damn good beer!

Tap @ Fairbar. Clear light bronze pour with a light head. Grains, cereal, some light bitterness, herbal notes and green grass.

330 ml bottle from Hop Corner. Light sunrise orange, pretty clear, with a small, creamy but not too persistent white head. Hoppy and slightly toasted nose, a hint of honey and grass, slightly dusty, some generic caramel malts. Big astringency and mild sourness, quite sweet and not as balanced being no bitter at all. Pleasent herbal and resinous aftertaste, but it’s not exactly easy to drink. Average carbonation, medium body, slightly oily texture. Not for me, I guess

Malty flavor with hints of fruitiness. Very bitter but slightly fruity aroma. The aftertaste has a nice bitterness that fills the upper part of the mouth of a weak moment. Mediocre beer. Follow me @ Kung av öl @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings.

Nice steam beer, some fruitiness, I didn’t get the smoke. Well balanced beer, but nothing too impressive.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Hazy orange colored brew with an mildly dry bitter taste with an well hidden hints of smoked and some fruitiness. Don’t get the beer labels with all those conflicts, but the beer is great.

Bottle. Aroma has pine, grain and citrus. Taste has pine, grain, wheat and fruit. Very bitter long aftertaste. Nice body. More like an IPA than a pils.

Flaska från Alko, Finland. Vacker grumlig orangebrun vätska med ett tjockt vitt skum. Doftar lätt rökigt och jäst. Härlig balanserad smak med en mycket bra beska. Viss syrlighet. Överraskande god! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Pours a clear orange-amber with a large and firm white head. The aroma has notes of straw, toasted malts, citrusy hops, grass. The flavour is light toasted malt, peachy and citrusy hops, straw, smoke. The finish is crisp and bitter with a light lingering smokiness.
