Bottle. Very sweet malt, only light sour, fresh smell of bread.
Large white foamy head, normal long lasting, golden clear body.
Light acidic start, then it gets sweeter, the finish is light bitter. The duration is average.
Medium body, light dry and creamy texture, soft carbonation.
Nice one.

Feb 21, 2010 Bottle from Utobeer. Hazy orange with a medium head. Good bready aroma, followed by slightly spicy bread flavours. Well-balanced. Well-made and enjoyable, though less emphasis on hops.

Medium to light body, mellow mouthfeel. Fruity start, ok balance, a bit watery.

Deep golden, near amber, hazy bodied beer with a small but delicious and stable white foamy head. Aroma of bready malts, fine sourish and lively yeast, honey and caramel, some flowery hop. Perfume of an earthy cellar... Typical zwickl character with the lively yeast flavor, a harsh but pleasant spicey hop taste, the well rounded malt based mouthfeel with honey, mild caramel. It comes from the cellar right now! Nice.

Feb 11, 2010 Szép opálos borostyán sárga színe van, amiben érdekesen gomolyognak a szűretlen részecskék és folyamatosan szállnak fel a pohár oldaláról az apró kis buborékok.A kitöltés közben a sör tetején egy elég vastag és krémes hab keletkezik, ami szép lassan tűnik el,egy vékony fehér lepelt hagyva rajta.Illata citrusos,kicsit korianderes és élesztős,enyhén hordós.Íze grapefruitos és pirított rozskenyeres,érezni benne különböző fűszereket is.Elég sűrű de könnyen iható a nyelvet pedig folyamatosan csiklandozzák az apró kis buborékok.Utóíze kissé fanyar és kellemesen száraz,gyógyfüves,hosszan tartó és nagyon jól oltja a szomjat.Szeretem ezeket a régi módis,házias söröket!

Feb 2, 2010 bottle - (asheft) hazy orange beer with white head. Some hay in the aroma and a little sulfur detectable. Flavour is malty sweet and some nutty hints. Nice bitterness in the end.

Jan 25, 2010 Sampled at La Cervezateca in Barcelona. Pours a hazy gold with a frothy white head. Aroma is grassy, light lemon, light yeast. Flavor is very sweet, little grassy, slightly bready, light yeast. Finish is medium bodied with a little lasting sweetness.
