COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A traditional India Pale Ale, light bodied, golden-amber in color with an intense hop aroma produced by dry-hopping during fermentation. A very tasty ale with little bitter aftertaste which makes it great on a hot day.

UPDATED: MAR 22, 2019 3/22/19 - Little Rock AR - on tap at Vino's. Dark copper pour, slight bubbly khaki colored head, nice lace. Piney aroma, toffee sweetness. Malt accented flavor, some caramel, allspice, a hint of citrus bitterness. Chewy mouthfeel. Old school brewpub IPA.

Sample at the brewpub. Cloudy copper color with a medium off-white head that recedes quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lace. Aroma of citrus, hops and malt. Medium body with flavors of grapefruit, earthy hop and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a short fruity hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

Keg @ Vino’s. Deep amber pour with a small head. Somewhat still in appearance. Strong caramel malt, overripe cantaloupe. Brown sugary sweetness. Slight pine cone hoppiness that gets dominated by sticky sweet caramel. Heavy and ruddy on the palate. Needs some tweaks.

Draft at the source. Clear deep amber color. Aroma of tropical fruit. Taste is bitter but balanced fruit.

Draft - Light grapefruit and pine. Grapefruit and pine with a hit of bitterness that lingers. Little balance, but that is ok.

Clear copperish with a thin foamy/rocky white head. The nose has a ton of caramel but also a ton of pine resin and grapefruit rind zest. Smells a lot like weed too. Taste is nice and citrusy sweet at the start with a little piney/floral bitterness, leading into a chewy grainy caramalt tone. Finishes with a kiss of nutty toffee with, also, some grassiness.

04.08.2012. On tap at Vinos Brewpub, Little Rock, AR. Rather dark amber golden colour with white head. Aroma dominated by tastefull and very fresh and crisp hops. Lots of flavours of both hops and malt. Refreshing and very nice IPA with lots of hops. Just as I like it.

Tap. Amber with small head. Nice IPA. Citrus hops and good flavor. Somewhat floral.

On tap at Vino’s. Dark copper color, excellent lacing, no aroma, really. Head fades to an irregular frisbee. Not my favorite IPA, but a passable attempt. It’s one-trick pony, not very complex. The taste profile that is there, however, is pretty good! It goes just fine with the pizza!
