On tap @ Terra Madre, Salone del Gusto, Torino 2018. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dal luppolo. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata ed elegante. La maniera in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido è di aspetto opalescente e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è fine. Il colore è giallo dorato torbido. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è carico. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al palato si fermano impressioni di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, agrumi e pompelmo.

Una birra catalogata nelle apa... una volta double ipa... di un dolce che neanche le peggio belgiazze lo sono. Mi dispiace ma é proprio da ricategorizzare.

Color ambra chiaro con pochissima schiuma. Inizialmente dolce con uno sbilanciato amaro finale. Leggermente speziata.

Draught at Bishops Arms Savoy. Clear amber colored with a small white head. Sweet and fruity aroma of caramel and hops with notes of grass. Fruity flavor of oak and hops with notes of pine needles. Hoppy finish.

From tap. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is toasted malty and light pine hoppy. Dry, bitter and pine. Sweet and toasted malty. Sweet finish.

Aroma is discrete with hints of coriander and clover. Leaves no foam, just some bubbles. Taste is pointy and refreshing with a bit of almond

Keg at Bishops Arms Vasagatan , Stockholm. Hazy deep golden, small head. Huge aroma of coconut, minty pears and lemon yoghurt. Sweet with medium-full body and rounded mouthfeel. Honey, peppery alcohol, citrus and coconut. Warming finish with long bitterness.
