A Pours a hazy pink orange color with a little light pink head that sink immediately. S - Strawberries, wheat, sugar. T - Follows the nose with strawberry candy, sugar fruit compote, Sweet but dry on the aftertaste. Wheat adds a nice touch. M - Very smooth medium body. Finishes dry and tart. Drinks very good with a smooth feel and a nice finish. Reminds me of a strawberry rhubarb sauce that goes great on biscuits. Serving type: bottle 12-10-2011

A beer that has somehow flooded our shores rapidly; now available in almost any licensed venue. Can’t say I look forward to this taster, but hey beer is there to be consumed. Produces up a pastel shade of Salmon pink, opaque and donned by a messy, sloppy off-white head of foam. Aroma of ripe, plum and candied strawberry; very thick, dessertish, sweet - little else showing. On the palate it is sweet, plump, candyish and just more strawberry - reminds me of semi freddo khoulis and just as simple. Nothing else going on. Doughy mouthfeel, light spritz up front, frothy and foamy from there on. I swear the seeds are still floating in this one, but if its just a juice they’ve added then fair effort. Really not my bag at all, but I managed to polish it off with ease, A lady pleaser (if you could get away with saying that these days!). (33cL, BBE 12/14, Cellarbrations Kinross)

Bière rougeâtre avec des reflets orangés, une bonne effervescence et un mince col de mousse. Nez très fruité : fraises, boisson gazeuse aux raisins. En bouche, les doutes sont confirmés; j’ai davantage l’impression de boire une boisson quelconque aux fruits qu’une bière. Une belle acidité vient balancer avec le sucre en finale. C’est bon et rafraîchissant, mais il faut vraiment avoir ça dans le goût...

Bottle from Systembolaget. Pours hazy red with a fizzy minimal white head. Fresh strawberry juice. Was expecting a chemical strawberry in the nose but it was fresh strawberry juice. Sweet strawberry taste with pleasant minor bitter/sour note in the end which makes it refreshing and not overly sweet.

Tydlig röd färg med vitt skum som försvinner på en minut. Aroma, bara jordgubbar. Luktar faktiskt inte jätte artificielt. Ja, smaken. Finns inga karaktärs drag från en öl. Mer cideraktig, enorm sötma (om vi jämnför med andra öl), mycket kolsyra EXTREMT svårt att sätta betyd på, vill på ett sätt bara trycka in 1:or men, som törstsläckare och sommarbrygg på stranden..... Ja då är det bra grejer, om man gillar socker dvs!

Pours hazy amber with a short, white head...slightly tinged pink. Scent is strawberry. Taste is strong strawberry, malt... Thickly sweet. Ok.............but a bit too sweet.

pours light colored gold amber. Aroma of butter, strawberry, hay, caramel. Medium bodied, relatively high carbonation. Slightly syrupy, strong strawberry, malty undertones - butter. Better than I expected, not bad really.

Popped into the Fighting Cocks Moseley and needed something to cut through this head cold. I picked out strawberry. I’m getting better at this tasting lark. Unlike my head cold which is now much worse. Pah.

250ml bottle. Hazy pale red colour, thin pinkish off-white head and syrupy strawberry aroma. Taste is sweet strawberry, smooth bodied with a very slight bitterness and medium carbonation. OK
