cloudy blond-orange colour with a big firm and foamy head, orange zests and honey in the nose, some buttery notes, medium-bodied with a long dry bitter finish and notes of bread and honey - very good

Bottle, 10C. Pours rose gold with a coating light beige head. Mild aroma of fruit (pears, pineapple), hard spices (cloves, star anise, white pepper) and yeast. Tastes slightly syrupy sweet with fruity malt and a mild spicy hop and hazelnut finish. Not one of those great mysterious Belgians, just a solid beer.

330bottle purchased at Systembolaget in Kiruna. Golden-copper body with a very slight haze. Large, rocky, white head. Excellent lacing. Spiced sweet fruity to the nose. Well balanced flavour of tart and sweet fruits added by a spicy twist. Medium bodied. Dry and refreshing (Tromsø, 14.03.2010).

On tap at Tony’s Place. Pale golden in color. Refreshing Belgian blond. Head goes away quickly. Aroma is fruity, earthy. A very light taste, not harsh or bitter. Finish is dry. Nice beer.

From tap, @ Poatersgat, 25 cl. Blonde beer with little head, lacing very well however. Fruity and malty aroma. Taste is also fruity and malty, little spicy and light sweet on the background. Later on some hops can also be recognized and a light bitter touch at the end makes the beer complete. Nicely balanced beer!

330ml Bottle: Pours a light amber pumpkin colour, extremely light carbonation and a very nice bubbly and foamy white head. Bright, citrus aroma with lemon, clove, and a hint of yeasty bread. Bit of unexpected harshness on the first sip, surrounding a bit of a muted Belgian with a heavy biscuity aftertaste. As it warms it smooths, the peppery cloves becoming more pronounced with a hint of bittering. Pretty good.
