KyotoLefty (15089) - Kyoto, JAPAN - SEP 5, 2023
UPDATED: SEP 5, 2023 Tap at London Craft Beer Festival 2023. Nose is lemon, thyme, honey malts, light peanuts. Zesty flavor, biscuity malt, lemon, herbs, saison yeast spice. Decent.

oh6gdx (44889) - Vasa, FINLAND - JUN 8, 2023
UPDATED: JUN 8, 2023 Bottled. Hazy orangeish golden colour, with a mediumsized foamy white head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is citrus, some funk, mild spices and herbs along with some slight yeasty tones. Flavour is citrus, very fresh, some herbs and mild spices along with some other fruitiness.

UPDATED: DEC 12, 2022 Dec 2022. LowCostBeer Advent Calendar. This is another one in the calendar that I had from LowCostBeer earlier this year, cheaper and fresher. There's a wheat beer taste here, though it mostly replicates a lager and lime style beer. Meh. [2.6] Oct 2022. Small bottle, unfiltered, from OutOfDateAndLate. I like Saison, but this is a bit thin and wimpy for me. There's a whiff of Saison yeast in the nose, but the drink itself present more like a wheat beer with a tad too much lemon. I like the idea, and it's nicely done, and the use of thyme is interesting, but on the whole it just doesn't sing to me. [2.6]

BeerViking (9209) - Brentford, Greater London, ENGLAND - FEB 10, 2022
UPDATED: FEB 10, 2022 Golden with a lasting fine foam, slight funkiness on the nose plus a distant golden malty sweetness. Crisp, clean and lightly malty-fruity, the thyme and lemon characters present but very mild.

Salian (2302) - Sale, Cheshire, ENGLAND - DEC 30, 2021
UPDATED: DEC 30, 2021 Hazy gold pour, big hit of lemon aroma, thyme is too subtle and gets lost. Lemon flavour but the saison kick doesn’t work for me, leaving an acidic aftertaste.

dragnet101 (4468) - Birmingham, West Midlands, ENGLAND - DEC 16, 2021
UPDATED: DEC 16, 2021 Bottle from Beer52. Cloudy gold with small white head. The lemon and particularly thyme comes though in aroma with yeast, grape. Taste is dominated by the thyme with a some citrus tartness and a lingering bitterness. Light bodied refreshing quality which works best for such a flavoured herbal beer. Its ok. I recommend eating some chocolate orange with this one as its a refreshing palate cleanser while adding a bit more citrus note to the beer and thus offsetting the herbal side if that's not your thing!

imdownthepub (26026) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - DEC 12, 2021
UPDATED: DEC 12, 2021 Bottled, 330ml from Beer52, Edinburgh. Hazy lemon gold with white head. Sort of interesting combination of flavours which the herby thyme seems to dominate a little. Yeasty saison notes, reasonably fresh and tangy. The lemon flattens the taste a little. It's oaky.

Creedence (496) - London, Quebec, ENGLAND - DEC 3, 2020
UPDATED: DEC 3, 2020 330ml bottle from Costcutter Brockley. Pours a lightly cloudy golden, big white head that recedes to thin bubbles. Nose is nice and enticing, musty, apricot, herbs, lemon. Flavour is a bit lacking - light sweetness, light lemony sourness, slightly herbal finish. Prickly carbonation but very watery mouthfeel, and very little aftertaste, maybe a hint of lemonade. Bit of a letdown after the aroma.

tmdaines (749) - Stretford, Greater Manchester, ENGLAND - APR 2, 2020
UPDATED: APR 2, 2020 A nice saison. Excellent choice for pairing with food, flavours of lemon and thyme complement roast chicken well. Very refreshing, subtly herbal. A little sharpness and tartness.

FACambridge (1438) - Chelmsford, Essex, ENGLAND - FEB 14, 2020
UPDATED: FEB 14, 2020 Aroma : Predominantly Thyme, citrus lemon is pretty subtle, some grassy/leafy hop note. Taste : Pretty much as aroma. Enjoyable novelty beer…one is enough though wouldn't make a session of it!
