Pours a very pale yellow, almost clear. It is much cleaner than most Dortmunders, sweet with a touch of bitterness. High carbonation bubbles in the mouth. Overall not bad, but not my tea. dirt55 (173), Washington, USA

| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Feb 20, 2010 12oz bottle. Pours a normal golden lager color with lots of carbonation and a bubbly, short lived head. Smells like hay. Tastes of hay with a metallic undertone. Not too offensive. Quite refreshing. Not the worst by any means. TheGrandMaster (1930), Auckland, New Zealand
