Jun 14, 2009 Updated: Feb 26, 2010Growler from Beers of the World in Rochester, NY: Hazy golden hue. The blueberry flavor is intense, but in no way tastes like cough syrup. There’s a distinct touch of honey and sourness to it. Overall a wonderful beer. Great coupled with floating blueberries on top (served on tap at Magnolia’s on Park Ave. in Rochester, NY). #020 on 06142009, DG.

Mar 1, 2009 En fut directement de la brasserie à Rochester. Dégusté avec french tickler et Agaguk. Bière de couleur Or clair avec un moyen collet très collant. Odeur de bluets intense, miel, floral, jujube (coté bonbon) et cerises. Gout de bluet très fort qui revient, un petit coté salé, blé et pain.

Feb 28, 2009 1ere dégustation en taster a la brasserie avec Agaguk et Pyrozoid. Apparence jaune claire avec un mince collet qui colle bien au verre. Aromes de bleuets intense, gummie bears, miel et un peu houblonné. Gout tres leger avec une tres bonne mais legere amertume. Tres bien balancé avec un ptit coté salé. Gout malté légerement fruity de baies sauvages. Biere tres rafraichissante.

Nov 28, 2008 Rohrbach BlueBeary Ale is a slightly hazy golden ale with a small white blotch of a head with some rainbow bubbles. The aroma is of fresh, light grain, blueberry, lemon and orange peel. It is a slightly sweet and medicinal nose. It has a very smooth medium-light body with a pretty crisp finish. The blueberry is not as prominent in the flavor as it is in the aroma. It has nice balance and good bitterness, which seems to come from Cascades.

May 10, 2008 Draft at brewery on Railroad St. Pours yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet blueberry, and is lightly sour. Medium body. Sweet blueberry flavor, and not much else. Not bad.
