Commercial Description:
With an appealing amber color, this brew has a perfect balance of caramel malt and spicy hop flavors. The Munich malt in this recipe lends a rich mouth feel, while generous additions of Pacific-Northwest hops complete the balance. Try a pint of Pale with the Salmon Gyros, Falafel or Alameda Dip.

Hazy copper, amber color with no head & light lacing. The aroma is very grapefruity with hops, fresh & floral. Light hopiness compliments the malts perfectly. The use of specialty hops is the key I think. Finishes lightly sweet & bitter. mmmmmmm, not over the top like Stone Pale, more balanced like it should be. Definately dry hopped I think.

Murky orange. Sweet sugar and honey hopped nose. Very nice full hop flavor of grapefruit and bread. Hearty, reminds me of Full Sail Pale Ale. Frothy and bitter finish.

Pours a nice dark golden orange with a staple white head. Smells of American hops, citrus and notes of straw. Nice body and hop aftertaste. I liked this one a lot.

Amber pour with a small head and sparse lacing. Nice balance of citrus and floral hops in the aroma along with some maltiness. Very well balanced flavors. The malt and hops blend together very well leaving you with just a touch of alcohol. Nice body. Hoppy palate with a bitter finish. Very good pale ale.

Burnt auburn in color, small creamy head that fades quickly. Nice hop nose, with some sweet maltiness coming through as well. Full of grapefruit, this is extremely thirst quenching. Has a great bite up front that fades into a smooth clean finish. Very well balanced.

Draught. Poured deep amber with thin white head. Aroma of flowers and citrus. Flavour was hoppy, hoppier than a pale, but not so much as an India. Full mouthfeel. Lasting malt finish with more hoppiness.

Cloudy orange with no head. Good hop balance. Dry and bitter finish. Maltiest pale I've ever had. Great.

Tap... Poured a hazy amberish-red with a white head, really nice lacing. Aroma of floral hops and earthy grains. A little bit of hops initially in the flavor but then the focus came to the creamy, caramel malts and bread-like flavors towards the finish.
