daje (4909) - NORWAY - JUN 6, 2016
On tap at What’s Brewing 2015, day 2. Has a nice "For friends only" label on it :) Dark copper body with no head. Aroma is funky with red berries, grapes, oak and vinegar. Taste is sour with berries, red fruits, caramel, and an acidic finish. Very well!

SinH4 (15466) - Garching bei München, GERMANY - OCT 3, 2014
UPDATED: OCT 4, 2014 Dark amber color with no head. No carbonation. Woody smell, more aggressive tanine-like aroma and taste, darker fruits than the vin blanc one. Dark dark dark, some sugar-caramel in there as well. A really good one!

jonno (2750) - WESTERN SAHARA - JUN 4, 2014
Very subdued, but charming in it’s light bodied characteristics. Seems like the most complete of the treatments in terms of transformation, but perhaps has dulled and rounded the edges a tad too much. Still a lovely apertif.

Aroma funky, cheesy, white wine fruity. Bit of earthiness. Taste is great, very mellow, less wine, more cheese. Light fruitiness. Very nice.

@Moeder Lambic, Fontainas - pours a dark brown beer with a little beige foam left; light woody with aroma of prune and vinegar; full-bodied, some fair sweetness and a decent lingering sourness with more fruity and vinegar-like notes

jinroh (4531) - ESTONIA - MAY 18, 2014
Pours light mahogany, no head. Compared with others, the aroma is a bit more subdued, is winey and has a distinct character of barrel-aging. Sweetish dryness. Taste feels also aged, flowing, light and thick at the same time. A slight hint of caramel. A slow sipper, truly enjoyable.

TimE (8459) - Tokyo, JAPAN - MAY 16, 2014
Dark mahogany color. Virtually no head. Very deep sour nose with lots of oak, butterscotch, cherries and just a hint of the white wine. Extremely low carbonation, oak, cherries, sour milk chocolate with a touch of white wine. Very warming finish. Nice but found the beer went a few too many directions and a bit overly oaked.
