Orange fonce tirant sur le brun Nez discret dans la fraicheur on sent un peu la levure mais c est équilibré Gout agrume orange amère herbeux un peu clou de girofle. Encore une fois un bel équilibre. Fin de bouche sèche, amertume fondue dans les saveurs Excellente bière. Tiens elle me donne envie d un poulet grillé au herbe
