COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Funky Gold Mosaic is a dry-hopped sour ale. We took Prairie Gold and dry-hopped it with a huge amount of Mosaic hops. The end results are tropical, sour, and an all around new beer drinking experience! This beer is great fresh, but will continue to develop as the wild yeast continues to work in the beer.

caribou43 (3068) - SWITZERLAND - AUG 1, 2020
UPDATED: AUG 1, 2020 I have ordered this beer through qoqa.ch, drinking and enjoying this beer, at Bonfol for the National Day. The color is yellow/gold and troubled, average carbonation, white foam. In my point of view, it is a really good and tasty sour beer, subtle and well balanced, this one is sour, of course. Even though you get a side fruity and creamy, side of peach, lychee, ginger, normal hop and dry malt, aromatic and refreshing.
