Bottle:   Pinkish hue, thin sudsy white head, very little lacing.   Soft tart fruitiness on the nose, seems a little sweet too.   Similar on the tongue, perhaps sweeter than the non-reserve example.   Certainly tart with that slightly mealy backside.   Yeah, seems more fruity this one.   Like the regular example, I really wished the backside wasn't so mealy.   Moderate body and mouthfeel.   Seems more fruity than white wine like of the other example.   Each equally interesting.   Thanks Kevin!

Pint bottle- (Now called "Sour Berries") Interesting pinkish color. Not much head; very basement smell if there were some rotting fruit down there. Taste is an explosion of sour with the hint of indecipherable berries. Better than the original .

Bomber from Bine & Vine. Pours a rather blush color with a transient pinkish head. Aroma is funky. Might include berries. Med body. Flavor is woody, funky, berry. Not to mention that it’s pretty sour. Not distressingly so, but not one of those typical Berliner weisse types of thing. A bit astringent. It’s certainly something a sour freak should seek.

This poured a copperish color with a hint of red? Odd Im struggling to describe the look of a beer. The aroma is full of berries, lemon zest, and a bit of funk like a horse barn. The flavor on this one is quite sour with some lemons, blackberries, and vinegar. The aftertaste is tart with some sweetness. Wow how many great sours can I nail in a night? Pass me the tums son.

Sample at GABF 10/08/2016, thanks to my sis for assistance with note-taking. This brew is a purplish-brown color with a bone white head that dissipates steadily. Strings of lacing. Berries, yeast and oak in the nose. Light-bodied with a tart berry character and notes of oak, malt and funky yeast. The finish is moderately tart with a blueberry aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

On tap at Cap Tap. Pours purplish orange with a modest pink head and a killer berry aroma. There is a moderately sour fruit and wheat flavor with a long dry finish.

UPDATED: JUN 15, 2017 Poured into tumbler, ruddy brown in color. Too sour for my liking. Medium body. Flat. Abrupt finish. Absolutely awful stuff.
