Mar 2, 2010 Bottled, 330ml from Hopduvel Warehouse, Ghent. Clouded pale yellow with white head. Sweet and reasonably spicy Wit, a fair dose of candy like sugar with a faint strawberry like fruity note, then bananas and a lemon note. Some herby flavours, but all a little too forced. Average.

Jan 27, 2010 Bottle. Pour was hazy light golden with a sweet and fruity aroma. Body was light with a light malty character leading into the dry wheat and spicy finish. I got a little banana and clove in this brew but it could have been a little drier to bring out the esters. Overall, decent brew.

Jan 23, 2010 Bottled. Pours slightly hazy and light golden, with a white, medium sized fast disappearing head. Nose of coriander, fruit especially lemon and with yeasty notes. Sweet flavour with fruit, wheat, orange peel, light malt and coriander. Light to medium bodied. Slightly bitter finish.

Cloudy yellow with a nice, creamy lacing white head. Aroma of citruses and spicies like coriander, hop, orange peel. The flavor starts with a fine malt based character after that comes a spicie bit on the tongue. After some slip the citrussy taste dominates the tongue and the palate. Too much citrussy character for me, but not bad.

Jan 19, 2010 330ml bottle from SAQ. pours a cloudy pale yellow with a white head. aroma is wheat, clove, citrus, and some slight coriander. taste somewhat the same with a slightly bitter and sour finish. would be refreshing on a hot summer day, but nothing complex at all.

Jan 18, 2010 Blanche Bruxelles bottle. Pored a cloudy, ruddy gold with a frothy white head. Aroma of yeast, wheat, spice and orange peel. Easy to drink flavor, being quite mellow. Yeast, wheat and spice. An ok beer.
