Whow ! we now have a trappist brewery in Switzerland :-) - reddish in colour with few foam but a nice lacing, candy sugar in the nose, flowery with some hints of metal, astringeant, sweet, soda-like impression, the finish is moderately malty with an unpleasant rancid touch - another unmatured and bad-made beer from this brewery.
