Draught in l’Aviso (St. Malo) Aroma has light notes of chocolate, sweetness and fruityness.
Black color, brown creamy head. More chocolate, light coffee notes. Palatable, light sourly. Finish is dry and light astringent. Bitterness comes slowly and is not very strong. Very nice stout but light bodied. Good drinkable.
dark colour with a fine brown tainted head, strong bitter coffee aroma with some notes of vinegar, very tart, overcarbonated and sour, the finish is bitter, sour and coffeeish - a very strange brewery indeed, brewing beers with a lot of character but chaotic and with some mistakes; the potentiel is present anyway
