(bottle, 33cl) Slightly hazy, pale golden colour with a short foamy layer. Mildly funky apple-fruity aroma with notes of red and sour berries. Sour and tart flavour, light bodied with a lively carbonation. Present Lambic character with hints of wheat, apples and redcurrant; dry, sour-fruity, slightly funky finish. Very good. 20.VI.16

Clear yellow with almost no white head. Aroma is butter, orange, citrus, cassis. Taste is very sour with some boozy hoppy stuff. Dry mouthfeel with long sour finish. Not so complex, not my favoutrite.

UPDATED: JUN 22, 2016 Bottle, thanks anstei. Golden color with white head. Aroma is horseblanket, a bit dusty, a bit stinky, some redcurrant berries. Taste is a bit of berries, dry, tart. Tasty and quite authentic.

Bottle. Hazy golden, offwhite lace. Fresh citrus, leather, wood, light poopy, barn, Orval plus funkiness. Light sparkles, a little mealy, dry sourness, lemon juice, berries. Fresh, fun.

Bottle from Erzbierschof Zurich, Sud Nr. 215. Label says its fruit lambic, RB has it as fruit beer, okay. Definitely more fruit lambic than anything else for me, good and tasty funk. Redcurrant seem to work quite well, they add to the sourness but also give some berry sweetness. Noticeably stronger than most other lambics. While it can’t compete with top lambics, this one is still really solid.

from Erzbierschof - hazy dark orange beer with a little foam left; sourish aroma with notes of barnyard, berries and pineapple; hints of candy sugars; full-bodied and fairly sourish; decently dry and with a long sourish aftertaste of berries, apples and hay - very nice !
