Couleur noire, avec une très grande mousse brune assez foncée ! arômes de malts cafés et chocolats léger alcool au nez. En bouche : plutôt sèche avec une bonne rondeur quand même des malts, avec suffisamment de sucre (mais pas bcp) pour accompagner l’amertume. Fort goût genre cacao. Amertume reste longtemps en bouche augmentant l’aspect de sècheresse. Légère touche d’acidité et impression de chaud (alcool) accompagnée de note de cognac (bois et pomme). Le cognac se sent relativement peu et plus avec l’impression de chaleur due à l’alcool.

Black, huge dark brown head. Nice. Vinous and roasted nose. Dry and bitter taste. Could be 90% cocoa. Interesting.
