UPDATED: DEC 10, 2022 Bottle pour at 12 Moons, Snoqualmie. Milky coconut like white pour, froth foam lacing. Mild aroma. Cream forward body, soft coconut like milky sweetness. Flavorful with lingering cream, and less than usual intensity. Unique as far as my usual sake tastings go. Tasty.

UPDATED: DEC 10, 2021 Bit of a tapioca vibe with some milky rice. Mily white colour. Light booze. Breezier than most sakis I've had but those are few honestly at this point. A touch of orange peel. Bottle pour at Kanpai in Rosslyn.

Rated last December - First of all, I'd suggest shaking this one first. We didn't and pours from near the bottom looked like thick milk. It has a fruity, rice aroma. The flavor is sweet and fruity. Rice, apples, other fruits. There's some alcohol burn but it's still pretty smooth.
