COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Artista Zynergia: Solaris is a blend of an OEC "semi-spontaneously" fermented ale with Spanish Sagardoa from Sarasola. Together they combine to create a unique combination between tart apple cider and the lime and lemony acidity of the ale.

Ciderartig säuerlicher Antrunk, leicht fruchtig. Wässrig für ein Cider, zu unbierig für Ale. Wenig säuerlich, etwas Apfel, etwas Malz. 6/9/9/9/14/10

Many thanks to Rian for sharing. Yellow-green in colour, sulfur nose. Very nice sourish beginning. The beer is a bit in the background of the nice sourish sulfur apples. Sour-smooth mainpart. The sourish-sulfur aroma of the apples is made mild with the smooth grainy beer. A bit sad that the sourness is mildered by the beer. Smooth-sourish aftertaste, fresh, round but the aftertaste is sourish apples with smooth beer. Interesting.

Thanks Jason!! Pours a hazy pale greenish yellow with a white head. The smell is yeast, green apples, what. The taste is mild grab sour apples, wheat and yeast ending super dry and crispy fruity. Light in body with five carbonation. Interesting stuff!

On tap at pour house, pours lightly hazy goldeb color with small Clearish head. Notes are very refreshing with flavors of granny smith Apple skins and lemons sourness. Other notes of white wine, maybe Chardonnay. Lighter bodied with a nice amount of carbonation. A touch of rust in the finish.

Draught at OEC, 6/6/15
Mildly hazy, warm-toned orange with lighter banana skin yellow tints and a foamy, well-retained white head.
Mildly tart brett is notable though not dominant in the nose, while softer, playful fruitiness (apples, tangerines, strawberries) provides a strong defining Belgian character. Biscuits and some light plaster dry it out and no alcohol or flaws are present.
Tart, yet bright acids greet the palate but a shot of light honey and soft, clean and well-attenuated malts comfort the palate as snappy, tight carbonation announces light lime and soft sugars on the finish. I havent looked up what Spanish Sagardoa is, but the beer had a very unique flavor, almost kiwi-melon-like. Wonderfully attenuated, clean, crisp, drinkable. I don’t know who I like more, these guys or Oxbow. Thankfully I don’t have to pick.

Bottle at Black Sunday thanks to Dave. Pours a cloudy yellow with medium frothy white head. The aroma is apple core and oak. Thin mouthfeel with tart apple, light funk, really enjoyed this one.

Small pour at Liberty’s Bar and Bottle. Pours a really pale hazy yellow with a finger of white head that settles into a thicker ring. Notes of big fruity funk throughout, with lemon, lime, cider, brett, cheesecloth, sourdough, oak, white wine, straw, and lighter yogurt and vanilla. Light-bodied, with medium carbonation and a dry, tart mouthfeel. Really good and interesting.

Bottle batch date 9-5-14. Pour has a very light golden color with a ring of white foam on the glass. Aroma has mild cider, touch of lemon, and tart wheat. Mouth feel is light with good carbonation. Flavor has a nice dry cider, mild wheat tartness, light lemon, and a good crispness. Quite interesting
