I really, really wanted to like this but in the end I am left ambivalent about it. All four bottles blew up on me...you know the type, a large fizz as soon as the bottle is opened and it took nearly 10 minutes for the head to settle in a 25oz glass before I could pour the rest in. That being said, the aroma was malty sweet with nary a presence of hops. I really liked the appearance of the beer itself and I won’t lower marks due to the rambunctious head. Flavour-wise, I was underwhelmed with the maltiness. It’s sweet. I’ll give it that. Chalk me up as one who is not a fan of using honey as an adjunct.

Citrus/lime hop aroma thats melds really well with honey aftertaste (that do not taste for that long). Good, bitter hop finish, medium body, a nice balanced ale that is well twisted with honey.
Taste of more when it comes as a cask! albert007 (414), Penobsquis, New Brunswick, Canada

Honey, toasty malts and some nuttiness on the nose. Honeey again on the palate and some subtle sourness. Some metallic notes come through with a light pils background. Light, nutty bitter finish. Smooth and light on the tongue with a delicate fizz. odgaard (316), Skyum, Thisted, Denmark

Medium body with creamy mouthfeel from carbonation. Flavour is honey and malt with tangy fruity notes giving way to a pleasant but odest hoppy bitterness. A very nice, somewhat different, beer.
