Charaktervolles, malzaromatisches Genussbier. Edeltrüb, mit vier Gerstenmalzen und zwei Hopfensorten gebraut. Die obergärige Frischhefe betont die frische Fruchtigkeit dieses edlen Bieres.
UPDATED: MAR 30, 2022 25.3.2022: From tap at Let it Beer, Burgdorf, 5.0% ABV. Hazy copper color with an off-white head. The aroma is lightly to medium hoppy and lightly malty with some pine, light citric notes, toasted malt and bread. Medium body with a light sweetness and a light to medium-light bitterness. The flavor is lightly hoppy and lightly malty with toasted malt, bread, toasted bread, hints of cardboard, hints of honey, some pine and some resin. Finishes with a light to medium-light hoppy bitterness and very light notes of residual toasted malt.
