Cask at OT. Fine, thick lasting lace that lasts to the end of the pint. The aroma has some green apples and is a litle woody. The color is golden. The taste is smooth malty with a small bitterness and have a big drinkabillity.

Cask in the market porter. Alround rating: Sweet pale honey malt, minerally, earthy, some light pepperyness, touch buttery too. Sweet sulphuryness in the finish is a bit strange.

Cask Conditioned at Københavnske Øldage 2007
Hazy light amber color. Delicate but very nice fruity aroma. The body is quite weak, of course, but with respectable dry caramel flavor and bitterness.
