UPDATED: JUL 19, 2023 Bottle picked up from Beyond Beer webshop Hamburg, had this sat outside on another warm day though thankfully not blisteringly hot Wednesday 19th July 2023 listening to Steve Lamaq on 6Music and about to cook a Fish Pie. Pours hazy mid gold with a white head, a nice dryness, mid bitterness, good bite, light mineral edge. There is a little fruitiness but I cannot determine what I am picking up. Nice.

UPDATED: JAN 18, 2023 Aroma; meadow, strawy hops, pale caramel, mild malts. Look; dense thick off white head on misty golden body. Taste; grassy hops, meadow herbs, fruit, pale caramel malts, yeast, and finishes balanced. Feel; alright body and okay co². Overall; decent pilsner. UPDATED: JAN 16, 2023 Bottled (from BierZwerg). Ambery golden colour with a mediumdized foamy white head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is grassy, floral, hoppy and some mild earthy tones with some earthy tones. Flavour is grassy, floral, some herbal and bready tones. Not the cleanest Pils around...

UPDATED: DEC 13, 2022 Bottle, I believe from Beyond Beer, drunk once the water pipe has been safely reburied after two nights of minus ten Celsius, fortunately without freezing solid. Mostly clear light gold, nice fine head. Spicy nose with some light bubblegum and mineral notes. Flavor is pretty metallic and astringent, along with a rather unpleasant (although not overly strong) bitterness. I'm left wondering if something is wrong with the water chemistry, that's my best guess. Bad batch?

UPDATED: APR 17, 2021 Leicht trüb, schöne Perlung, in der Nase Fruchthopfen. Im Trunk hopfig, leichte Frucht, dann leicht grasig, Waldboden, hinten nur ganz leicht bitter. Passt schon.

UPDATED: JAN 27, 2021 Bottle from Beyond Beer, Hamburg. Aroma is grainy, malt, grassy noble hop, straw, lightly a herbal touch. Flavour is moderate bitter with a dry finish. Medium body. Crisp Pilsener with some nice grains and noble hops. Wouldn't mind a crate of this.
