courtesy of Fabien Baudet - cloudy dark blond beer under a persistent white foam; aroma of hemp and raisins; some earthy characteristics, juicy and medium-bodied, moderate and subtle carbonation; light sweet and with a hint of tart acidity to bring a good balance; quite dry, fruity and earthy finish - pleasant; too bad I haven’t tasted this one parallel to the barrel aged version because it seems I have confounded some intrinsic beer features with those from the barrel
