Bottle green, 330 ml
Appearance: Body is very bright strawy, classic piss mixed with water. Head is initially small, like in fizzy drink and very quickly diminishing, beer look like piss with water. Head is not in fact present so it’s colour is not a point, body is sparkling, clear, light yellowish, very pale colour of body.
Aroma: Strong hoppy skunkness and cigarette smoke of the cheapest kind, metal, rust.
Flavour: Front is like old, sweaty sock, hoppy skunkness violates and rapes your mouth, taste is horrible, after a first sip comes an aftertaste that is exterme bitterness and salt accid taste that make your mouth feel parched, starring for water and sick like after strong drinking and hangover. Finish is long and terrible, bitter and a bit nasty.
Palate: Body is light, texture is wattery, carbonation is soft on palate, finish feel is chalky like stuffed mouth with chalk or other dry things. I give him 2 for overall note only because it is tasted in Żywiec Porter glass.

Very simple sweet malt flavor. Finish is a little more bitter than the hop taste. But then, if they change that it may become boring?

"Nastro Azzurro" is not, despite what you may think, Italian for "Soap Poisoning." In fact, unlike normal, I was so concerned with getting this review right, that I found out (courtesy of Babel Fish) that it means "Blue Ribbon." Are you f@#$ing kidding me? This is Peroni Blue Ribbon? Are they hoping millions of 20-something American douchebags will flock to this like they do to Pabst Blue Ribbon? Unfortunately, I don’t see that happening, as I indicated at the beginning of this review this beer tastes more like soap than anything else. Peroni Blue Ribbon. What are they going to do next, steal Olympia’s slogan? è l’acqua? MERDA DI BIRRA

Green bottle. Best by August 21, 2010. Clear yellow gold, white carbonation. Skunked. Diacetyl. Corn concentrate. Bitterness on the finish. Light body, balanced carbonation. Not good.

Thanks to Solan. If I could give this a negative score for aroma, I would. Smells like a skunk sprayed into a bag of popcorn. Flavor is almost non existant, but there’s a little corn in there with the skunk spray. Pretty bad. I should cut Solan for bringing this into my house.

Bottle. Clear, pale golden pour with a short bubbly white head that quickly diminishes to a ring around the surface. Aroma is sweet, grainy and a little skunky with hints of honey and corn. Flavour is quite thin but there are notes of corn, malt and leafy hops. Light, watery mouthfeel with high carbonation and a short mildly bitter finish that is also a bit skunky. A pretty ordinary lager overall.

500 ml can from the LCBO. Pours ’watered down’ golden in colour, nice big frothy, pure white head. Corny sweet aroma and taste. Might be decent on a really hot summer day.
