Commercial Description:
This golden hued ale is marked by passion fruit and herbal notes in the aroma, with subtle suggestions of banana and honey surfacing from its deep and complex palate. The Tripel's finish is remarkably long and soothing.

Started out not so good, i think the bottom half is the best part. Thats the problem with large bottles. Hazy yellow color with orange hints. White head that disappears quickly. Aroma of coriander, banana, vanilla, and yeast. Spicy flavor with banana, bread, and vanilla dominant. Very nice beer!

Bottle. Pours golden with a big foamy white head. Flavor is sugar sweetness with spice a decent hop profile. Not a typical tripel but still very good.

Pours a pale yellow with a thick appearance. Head is thin, but persists as does the great carbonation and lacing. Aroma is doughy with a banana and cider undertone. Excellent hops and fine malts make this a wonderful Tripel. Not overly sweet, but delicately balanced.

750 ml bottle from Keller’s IGA, batch #136. Pours a cloudy pale golden color with an inch-thick white head that leaves some soapy lacing behind. Aroma of Belgian yeast, lemon citrus, honey, clove, bready malts, tropical fruits, and banana. Flavor of Belgian yeast, lemon citrus, honey, bread, spices (mostly clove and pepper), straw, malt, and just a bit of alcohol. Dry, peppery finish. Medium-bodied, with above-average carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Some lingering spice, yeast, and alcohol in the finish. Really nice tripel.

Bottle. Aroma of yeast and spice. Golden body with foamy, lasting head. Flavor is smooth with hints of honey, banana, citrus, spice and hops. The alcohol content is very well hidden as this Tripel is light and refreshing.

[2633-20091205] Cask. Mild paint-thinner yeast aroma has notes of pencil lead. Slightly hazy, light orange brown body with a quick foamy white head. Heavy pencil lead yeast flavour. Medium-full body. Interesting.

Golden yellow pour from bottle. Creamy, white head with fruits and spices on the nose. Medium mouthfeel with a nice warmness to it. Very well done.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a yellow gold cloud, with nice white head, good lacing, very nice pour, though head eventually fades to thin film. Aroma of honey, banana, clove, other spices, white grape, fruit. Taste is quite complex, with indeed a very long finish. First a warm spicy fruitiness, with yeast detectable, tropical fruits to crisp yet soft spices, finish develops from fruit to dryness. Very soft, nice mouthfeel, this one is just really nice.
