Orange. Fruity (banana, peach, pineapple) aroma with a touch of toffee, vanilla, clove, caramel and a hint of aromatic hops (herbs, flowers). Upon tasting, this is one of the best triples I have ever had. Malty, full and creamy. Notes of passion fruits, caramel corn and the perfect sweetness. Lovely stuff.

Mar 9, 2010 Pours hazy gold with a tiny head. Aroma is spice and cherry fruit. Medium in body with light carbonation. Flavor is pretty typical for a triple with a nice balance of sweet fruit and alcohol. A nice triple.

Deep hazy golden beer with an off-white lacing head. Aromas of citrussses, some caramell and vanilla, pineapple. Fruity flavor of orange peel, tangerines, lemon, peaches and fine belgian yeasts. Hoppy, spicy mouthfeel and aftertaste. Nice tripel one

Mar 6, 2010 Bottle from Alesbymail.com. Dark golden pour with a white long lasting head. Aromas of citrus, herbs, barley, vanilla, caramel. Flavours of candied peel, tangerines, lemon zest, peaches. Very fruity. Hoppy, herby mouthfeel. Fruity, hoppy finish. Very good tripel.

App.: Orange with lots of flecks of yeast and a thin white head.
Aroma: Very sweet and fruity, floral honey, warm spices, tropical fruits, coriander, juicy orange, apricots, apples, tons of fruit, fairly yeasty.
Palate: Medium body, fairly minimal effervescence.
Flav.: Fairly spicy, lots of bread and biscuits, some orange peel and coriander, some honey, apples, a little burnt sugar(?); reasonably sweet with a touch of tang and fair bitterness, particularly for style.
Not often a Tripel fan, but I enjoyed this.

Feb 14, 2010 Tap at Max’s. Hazy golden light brown color, small white head, decent lacing. Aroma of white pepper, citrus, apple. Flavor is balanced, body is good, light spice in the background. Best tripel of the weekend, one of the nicest of the Belgian beer fest.

Feb 13, 2010 Tap at Max’s. One of the highlights after 25+ beers. Pours a glowing clear yellow. Aroma is hoppy, sourdough bread, Taste is hoppy, light on the palate, and moves to spices (nutmeg, coriander) and light fruits (green pear and tart strawberry) and dry hoppinessy. Very nice- a non sugar bomb tripel for once!
