On tap at Capitol Beer & Tap Room. Pours light amber with a decent off- white head and a fruity aroma. There is a slightly sour fruity flavor with a dry oak finish. Lots of great flavor.
Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours slightly pinkish gold with a transient white head. Aroma is "barrel", seems to have a slight sour note. Med body. Flavor is mildly grape, though it seems more white berry than red berry. It’s not quite dry. It’s very fruity - arguably plum; arguably a sour note, but then it’s rather oaky, so hard to parse. It is incredibly delicious.
