UPDATED: SEP 1, 2019 Clear deep golden under a thin ivory foamy head. Rich dank floral hoppy aroma with a little bitter grapefruit pith. Crisp bright pale golden flavor that’s floral, bitter, resiny, pithy, and dry and lingering with piney bitterness. Really pretty complex flavor but over does it in the bitterness.

Savor: pours golden with white head. Aroma is herbal and piny with smallbit of citrus. Taste is rather bitter with a bit of a malty backbone. Not super fruity. Description of beer does not match my experience.

Draught at the brewery. Pours cloudy orange with a medium, frothy white head, long retention with good lacing. Moderate pine and grapefruit hops, grainy malt and a dry finish. Medium-full body and medium carbonation.

On tap at their brewery in Las Cruces. Fruity aroma with lots of citrus and a little underlying malt sweetness. Flavor starts with lightly sweet fruit, and lots of fruity bitterness. Bitter, spicy, fruity finish. Really good IPA
