We brewed this Special High Gravity Cream Ale in serious celebration of the return of the salubrious Spring... With the long dark days of the Season of Damp nearly behind us and the possibilities of a long languid Summer ahead.

Bottle: Courtesy of beeryum via trade. Aroma of moderate caramel, fruit (apple and a touch of cherry), yeast, and some light alcohol. Pours a transparent amber with a small off-white head that lasts a minute or so. Lots of very fine sediment floating around. Somewhat sweet and fruity up front with some hints of orage peel. Finishes citrusy along with some moderate grassiness, light grapefruit hops, and a touch of alcohol.

One of the best cream ales around. Smooth and crisp - a perfect summer IPA alternative.

Bottle. Hops and flowers in aroma, very spring like. Slightly unclear amber colour with beige head. Rather sweet despits it’s hoppy character, a charming way of expressing springtime. Fine notes of flowers and early grass.

Bottled. Orange coloured. Unclear. Dense off white head. Aroma is citric and sweet with a caramelly touch. Flavour is caramelly and citric. Has herbal and flowery notes. Medium bodied. Quite dry. Ends on a really bitter end. Quite nice.
