Aroma of moderate caramel, fruit (apple and a touch of cherry), yeast, and some light alcohol. Pours a transparent amber with a small off-white head that lasts a minute or so. Lots of very fine sediment floating around. Somewhat sweet and fruity up front with some hints of orage peel. Finishes citrusy along with some moderate grassiness, light grapefruit hops, and a touch of alcohol.
