Commercial Description:
Made from mostly pale malt and some Munich and caramel malts. These add a little sweetness, which is balanced by more hops. The result is a rich color and fruity flavor.

nice orange/amber body with a big white lumpy head. Pleasant mild hop aroma, hints of yeast and toasted malts. same in taste, a bit more perfumey as it warmed. Well drawn out finish with fruity floral undertones.

A tasting at Three Cellars Milwaukee. Caramel malts and mild citrus in the aroma. Heavier than other Ambers I have had.

Bottle. Malty light aroma. Golden brown with thick sustaining white head. Sweet malty flavor with light overriding bitterness. Slight fruity quality. Minimal carbonation and light mouthfeel. Gos well with food. Easy to drink. Lacks something.

Very clean ale. Pours medium brown with a nice cream colored head. Had this on draft my local GrillSmith restaurant. Malty and hints of sweet fruit.

Draught. A paler orange with lasting white head. A ton of bread feel and some obvious munich malt and caramel making a beer too sweet for me, although only in the beginning. Fruitier and lightly citrus hops balance oddly. A smooth finish.

12oz single from Total Wine. Picked up a couple for $1.69 each. Should have grabbed the sixer. Mild malt aroma with a faint whiff of hops. Unfiltered amber beer with a small frothy white head. While I agree that a poorly made amber is a pitiful thing, there is none of that here. This amber is excellent. Nice sweet amber malt and a bit of caramel up front, and then the spicy hops arrive and dry it out to a medium bitter finish. 6% abv is a plus. Very tasty and not at all boring. Perhaps the best amber I have had. Certainly in the same league or even better than the excellent Avery Redpoint and Rogue Saint Rogues Red Ale, and Lost Coast Alleycat Amber Ale.

Not enough hops for my taste, but probably true to style. I taste malt and sweet. Reminds me of some Oktoberfests.

Pours copper color with off-white head that fades quickly. Strong aroma of roasted caramel malt and hoppiness. Slightly fruity-sweet flavor with a strong malt and hop presence.
