Batch 7641. Pours yellow/amber with a small head. Murky, I poured a little yeast in. Aroma is light lemon and grain. Taste is citrus, wheat, yeast with a spicy finish. It’s an easy drinking summer brew.

12oz bottle, batch 8546. Pours clear golden, with a slight orange hue, capped with a small white head. Aroma of wheat, melon, honey, euro hops and spice. Flavor is wheat, cereal grain, melon, clove, and citrus. Spice and wheat hang around for a long finish. Medium bodied and very drinkable.

Pours cloudy, icy golden, small head, good lacing. Sweet wheat, honey, and sugar aroma. Flavor is intense, sweet wheat malt, orange peel, and sugar. Beer is thin but adhesive.. Flavor starts with a good bite. Finish is mildly flavorful like the beer, short, and good.

I was expecting some flavor from this and all I got was a cloudy yellow colored beer with no aroma, no flavor, and was tough to take down. This had an acidic taste to it the whole time that made me cringe with every sip, I was expecting lemon or orange and there was nothing but a terrible bite to it. Maybe the keg went bad.

Pours a hazy light orange with wheat and grassy hop in the nose. Flavor is light citrus, tangy wheat, and a little sweet maltiness.

9-18-07 bottle. Cloudy orange golden color. Fluffy initial head. Smells doughy and slightly sweet - a bit too subtle. A decent amount of flavor - actually an incredible amount of flavor in comparison to other wheats. This beer has depth. I really enjoyed it. Great smoothness - almost rich on the palate. A fantastic developed flavor for a wheat.
