UPDATED: APR 10, 2021 I had this beer when Karin and Bryan were kind enough to let me visit the brewery. It was my absolute favorite on that day, and it absolutely remains my favorite. This beer is outright delectable. It is is the PERFECT amber color...like 'mosquito with dinosaur DNA in it' amber. It pours out with an impressive head, which recedes quickly without lacing the glass. Delicious caramel and malt aromas fill your nose. The first sip is sweet and malty, with a hint of biscuits. The medium bodied beer is tremendously consistent throughout the palate and finishes with a hint of bittnerness and lemony citrus to it to balance out the sticky sweetness. For as malty as it is, it's not too heavy on the mouthfeel, and it certainly doesn't taste like a 6.2 ABV. This beer is really great and will certainly sit in my arsenal of anytime beers or something to serve when having guests.

UPDATED: FEB 16, 2021 33cl Bottle @ Drinks of The World, Geneva, Switzerland. Hazy golden colour with a thin white head. Aroma is malt, straw. Taste is malt, sweet, bread, slightly citrusy. Medium body, average carbonation.

UPDATED: JUL 6, 2020 Bottle sample at a tasting. Clear pale golden-yellow with white head. The aroma has notes of nuts, vegetables, malt, old hops. The flavor is mild sweet and mild sour with notes of nuts, vegetables, old hops, malt, watery, honey. Light-bodied.

UPDATED: JUN 9, 2020 Bottle at a tasting. Hazy golden. Toasted malt, honey, floral aromas. Sweet, malty, caramel, toasted bread, honey, old hops. Medium-bodied, sticky.

UPDATED: MAR 30, 2020 Coppery red very sparkling under an average pale beige head. Malted aromas, caramel, crust-biscuit, note of tobacco. Taste is soft, sweet and roasted, a little fruity litchi and spicy, mossy in mouth the creamy. Slight bitter of citrus, floral touches and candy acidulity.

Tap. Hazy grainy, cooked vegetables. Taste is peas, cooked vegetables, grainy. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Seriously not alright.

Dark amber to light brown color, hazy; slightly tan, stable head - Aroma: Malt, Biscuits, Karamell, flowery and citrusy hops, some hints of fruits (tropical fruits, banana...) - Taste: light to medium sweetness at first sip, passing on to a decent bitterness characterizing the finish. - Medium to full body, round and soft mouthfeel, soft to medium carbonation.

Hefig hopfiger Antrunk mit deutlicher dennoch hintergründiger Malzigkeit. Wenig würzig, zunehmend trocken herb. Leichte Karamellnoten besonders zum Ende. Ok. 10/9/8/8/11/9
