UPDATED: AUG 23, 2022 Bottle at the house on Martha’s Vineyard. Sourced via trade I think. Pours clear honey-gold with a moderate, frothy white head. Gorgeous aroma, soft funk, tangerine. Lightly sweet with mellow acidity, tart citrus, a nip of tangy white wine, some aging wood, zippy lemon, juicy tangerine, melon, salt. Light to medium bodied with delicate, massaging carbonation. Cleansing finish, a hint of pale bread, more salt and citrus, background funk. Excellent.

*5/20/2015 750ml bottle poured into a Cantillon tulip. A~ like orangaide haha light glowing orange/yellow, slight head and no lacing at all. S~ minerally at first hmm... tons of citrus, lemon, lime and dat funk on the end! ohhhhh!!! T~ sooo much funky wine barrel goodness! barnyard, gueuzey cheese. all followed by a plethora of citrus! finishing with dry, peppery saison like yeast. M~ real nice carb, definitely a bit dry but still refreshing. O~ yup this is awesome! its definitely different than Ann but with a lot of the same characteristics. its a lot more funky probably from the older barrels. drink if you want it but this ones gonna age great!
