UPDATED: MAR 4, 2024 Servida y disfrutada en pinta, color amarillo claro, ligeramente nebuloso, espuma blanca cremosa y compacta de buena retención. En nariz emite un agradable aroma a lúpulo floral, cítricos, fruta tropical, ligero pino y resina. En boca es una deliciosamente amarga melodía de notas frutales, cítricas y resinosas sobre una discreta base de malta que redondea el conjunto y le da buen sustento. Oso garagardo ona, muy disfrutable.

UPDATED: FEB 14, 2024 Can from Bodecall, Malaga. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich bitter hops, fruits, flowers and malt. Nice bitter finish.

UPDATED: JAN 29, 2024 Can from Stacks. A: hazy golden, small, white head. A: melon, white grape, onion, grapefruit, pine. T: sweet melon, dank onion, bitter pine. F: bitter piney hops, melon, dank cheese & spicy notes. P: medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation. Solid no-nonsense IPA.

UPDATED: JAN 16, 2024 Light hazy golden. Aroma is lychee hop pellet light pine. Taste is bitter hops with light resin and light fruit. Also some fresh carbonation. Not bad.

UPDATED: AUG 4, 2023 Bière bue à Valence. La 'Imparable IPA' de Basqueland s'ouvre avec un nez bien aromatique, captivant sans être envahissant. Les arômes s'épanouissent avec justesse, offrant une invitation à la dégustation. En bouche, la bière dévoile une amertume et une présence houblonnée considérables, sans toutefois tomber dans l'excès. Je suis fan!

UPDATED: JUN 25, 2023 In einem schönen hefetrüben Goldton steht das Basqueland IPA äußerst einladend im Glas. Die streikende Schäumung kann diesem traumhaften Anblick leider nicht ganz folgen. Mango, Pampelmuse, Ananas und etwas Orange zaubern in der Duftprobe einen animierenden exotischen Früchtecocktail aus dem Hut. Den vergleichsweise sanften Einstieg empfinde ich als optimal ausbalanciert, da er geschickt trockener Bitternote und süßer Fruchtigkeit spielt. Der eher „schlanke“ als füllige Körper stellt neben Gras auch eine dezente Blumigkeit zur Schau. Die exotischen Noten gewinnen zunehmend an Einfluss, die ohnehin nur gemäßigte Süße weicht allmählich einer merklich deutlichen Trockenheit. Angenehm herb mit minimaler fruchtiger Restsüße und Pampelmuse satt klingt das Basqueland IPA sehr harmonisch aus. Das Basqueland IPA ist ein absolut leckeres, erfrischendes und faszinierendes Bier mit klarer Wiederkaufspflicht.

UPDATED: MAY 20, 2023 --Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Hazy golden, mid sized head. Dank sweaty citrus and notes of papaya. Mid sweet with medium to full body and rounded mouthfeel. Dank grapefruit and tangerine. Long bitter finish.

UPDATED: APR 16, 2023 Draught at Narru, San Sebastian. Dark yellow towards orange, rather hazy, full foamy.head. Melon and papaya aroma. Less fruity taste as expected considering the aroma. Malty and good bitterness.

UPDATED: MAR 25, 2023 A slightly hazy and golden beer, a head is medium and white. Aroma has grapefruit, green herbs, light fructose. Taste has pine, light herbs and fruitness, some bitterness. Medium bodied. Too much of green herbs. Blah.
